So this is the famous recipe Janet  I thought I would search here before getting you to type it on am email  I will be baking 50 cupcakes today for madam's preschool and kindy party tomorrow

Thi is the basic butter cream icing at the back of the WOmen's weeekly birthday cake book 125g softened butter 1.5cups of icing sugar 2 tablespoons milk. Beat the butter with electric mixer until as white as possible... add rest of stuff

Hey Jodie, that recipe is great! We were egg and dairy free here, so good cake type recipes are hard to come by! I just made some this morning, but went the choc free version (due to a lack of cocoa) and didnt have the spices either, so just went plain and yummo!
