I've always battled with meditation too...it's exactly what i need though (busy mind). I found short guided ones on
www.meditation.org.au. I think I needed to follow the "any is better than none" rule.
Just grab 5 minutes meditation time when you can, hang the rules (candles crystals) Just shut your eyes, relax with some deep breaths and take yourself to your happy place for a while....for me it's walking along the beach, warm sun beating down, gentle breeze, sound of the waves gently lapping, birds (yawwn try not to fall asleep).
