kristi have you read any of the lynn v andrews books? this sounds familiar to some of the womens stuff she referrs to. beautiful women, there was no mama from australia though, or did i miss her?

nope none from australia....but the council doesnt have an indigenous person from each nation.....it would be more like a nation of grandmothers then

I havnt read the books but they sound interesting !

Aren't they gorgeous! Fantastic concept, and wonderful to see people doing stuff instead of complaining that things need to change.
