I love the following song. It was on the radio today and I had a laugh as I listened. It's so true...it is very hard to stay 'centered' on the here and now, maybe it is just in our culture or maybe it is just a part of the human condition?

Actually, I thought of you guys and your 12-month challenge when I heard the song. You've inspired me, Eilleen. DH and I were discussing what you guys are doing just this morning and reckon 'one day' (ie in a few years time) we'll give it a go too.
