Newcastle Mums?

Hello!

I'm new to the site and still figuring it out!

I live in Newcastle (Ive only lived here a couple of years as I moved down from Brisbane/Sunshine Coast for my husband as his family is here), i'm 25 and I have a 17 month old little boy who is incredibly sociable so the more I can get him out and about the better!! lol

Would be very interested to know of any playgroups or just general catch-up groups in the area.

Hi Sarah,
I'm also looking out for a Newcastle gathering of 'natural-parenting-types'. I too have recently moved to Newi, from Melbourne, and would be keen to hang out with other mums, kids & bubs on a Monday or Tuesday morning. Let me know if you hear of any groups...

Hi Kate,
Well as you can see nobody has replied to this as yet! :-)
I'm always free to have a coffee and a chat if you like tho, and there is a group which meets once a month (next meeting Friday 14th in New Lambton) which is a home/natural birth support group. If youre interested I can forward you the details to that.
PM me if you want to just have a coffee or something as well! Alex loves older kids and is really sociable so Liam can also get some social time! :-)

I have recently moved from Brisbane to Cardiff with my partner and our 8 month old son.

We are keen to meet others from Newcastle in a similar situation to build friendships and share stories.
