Default Australia Day In Newcastle?

Just wondering who's celebrating Aussie Day in Newcastle this Thursday? Will any NPers be out and about? Thinking of taking Eli down to the foreshore if it's a nice day. Would be nice to meet some of you if you'll be there too!

I'm thinking of doing the same Kerrie. It's actually my birthday that day and Andy was supposed to be taking the day off so we could so out for lunch or something, but his apprentice is sick AGAIN, and all her time off has left everyone overworked so no-one wants the shift. Blah blah blah...anyway, I have no formal plans, but don't really want to sit around here doing the same thing I always do iykwim.

I'll be sure to check here tomorrow to see if anything gets organised.

Well there's another successful meet-up! LOL!! I just didn't feel like driving, but I had a nice day with a special friend who is cooking my dinner as we speak. I hope you had a nice day Kerrie. We really ought to get together for real. The kids are back at school next week, and I think I'll feel I can breath again. PM me if you want to organise something. The kids are at Linuwel, so I'm regularly in Maitland - I think you're not too far away???
