Help help help. I just got a load of washing out of the machine and it is all blue!!!!! Dh has a new dark blue t shirt and he put it in the wash Now everything is blue. Somethings don't matter but stuff like Ashleighs white school shirts and sox and pale pink ballet things are desparate. (yes I know I shouldn't mix whites and colours but who has time to be that anal?). Anyway I am desparate now, how do I get these things clean and white (or pink) again.

From memory of my Mum doing it (it was always a pink colour), you've got to get onto it straight away - don't let it dry. How about soaking in napisan or bleach until you can get to a supermarket and see if they have a specific product?

The best thing to use (I think anyway) is "Run Away" you can get it in a sachet at the supermarket or some pharmacies. It's excellent for getting any runs out and not very expensive either.
I always keep a sachet in the laundry "just in case"

well I am still not happy!! I went to coles and bought "runaway colour run remover" which cost $10:97 (the one for whites only is cheap but I had all sorts of colours in there). I did exactly what it said on the packet, hot, long wash and it DIDN"T WORK!!! Now everything is soaking in nappisan but it is not looking good. And Ashleigh has been in tears over the colour of her ballet leotard. And Ben has a heap of bibs and singlets that are blue now...... I am going to email the run remover company (Dylon) tomorrow and tell them I am not happy.

I'm sorry to say that i did the same thing to Mikayla"s pink ballet leotard and it never came pink again....the other stuff with probably wash whitish but I think something in the leotard won't let it.
Sorry but it;s the truth :(

I have only ever used the one for whites...but I use it on everything!
When I first used it (about 12 years ago now) they only made the one kind so I've just always bought the original one.
