Gorgeous Family Game

Orchard game by Haba is one of our favourite games. We love it because it is a cooperative game (either everyone wins, or the crow wins).

The whole family works together as a team to pick all the fruit before the crow gets it.

I love it because the wooden fruit can also be used for play cooking on the toy wooden stove or in the toy shop.

It is just such a beautiful game, and such fun to play.

We have a cooperative game called Max where the cat (Max) chases some animals, and you have to get him to safety. Very fun game, and working as a team rather than competing against each other is fabulous. Though only have one cooperative game in an entire bookcase of board games... maybe we need to get some more!

We love cooperative games too! My sons favourite is Caves and Claws by Family Pastimes. Lots of fun.

These are great! I'm big into games with the kids and can't wait until they're older to play more and more. Our favorite is the Leapfrog Bingo at the moment. It teaches colors, numbers, shapes and plenty more. These others sound great and now I'm off to eBay to have a look for them!
