Default Advice needed- possibly TMI

Hi, Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but I really need some advice.

Im sorry if this is to much infomation but 2 days ago I slept with my bf for the first time, after being single for 3years. Afterwards I was sore and when I checked myself I had a sore patch on my perinium which was bleeding and swollen.
I think that is is from friction and possible he is to big for me and Im just not used to it.

Has this happened to anyone else and how long does it take to heal and also how do I avoid it in the future???

Hi

I think it is probably too much friction and the fact that you have not had sex for a while. Next time make sure you use some lube as when you 'sleep' with someone after a drought you are not used to it . He won't be too big for you as remember a baby will fit through! Do some stretcing of the vagina and take it slow. You will get used to it as your body will.

i know the feeling- before I had a vaginal birth I was always sore.. just had to take it slow and use lube.. there is a good natural one called Sylk.. it's a bit expensive but it's got no nasties in it

My mum used to call it the honeymoon itch!! Lube for a while and take it a bit easy so you heal up.
