Rudd's cutting medicare on pathology

has anyone seen any information on Rudd stopping the bulk billing of pathology? There was a brief article in today's telegraph.

I have noticed more and more of this over the last few years. Shame on this government for making it worse.

I think this stinks. Before we know it, we'll have a crippled health system like in the US where no-one can afford to get sick, let alone get well!

And I thought Mr Rudd stood for a fair go!
