teething rash on face

i there - have a friend with a little boy (9-10mths) who has bad teething rash on his face. Does anyone have any suggestions for it?

Could be milk rash.

I found that longish baths with nice moisturising bath stuff and (believe it or not) Coram's nappy rash paste.
Its very nice thick stuff and I have never found anything better. It has worked for us for SO many different things.

I found that re-applications are needed throughout the day too, drool/washing face dries the skin out again.

I use my little girls botty butter, it has calendula and other essential oils in it. It is also great for my cracked heals and some eczema I have on my knee. My precious one also has slight eczema on her cheeks, which we keep in check with her botty butter as well. Plenty of moisture is the trick. It is made by a Victorian company, Naturally divine. my daughter has red cheeks which rash from some foods, fruit mostly. I think her little system a bit imbalanced or just adjusting to various things.
