Default Oral Thrush/RingWorm

Hi
I would love any ideas/suggestions on what may be going on with this.
Last week DD (7.5 months) had oral thrush which I treated with Daktarin Gel. I also treated myself but i didn't show any symptoms. I've just bathed her and noticed what looks like a ringworm on her tummy. These are both fungal infections right? Could there be a link between the two?
The oral thrush appeared to clear up in a couple of days but I have carried on the treatment as directed. I'm just wondering why she seems to have all this fungus stuff happening I'm starting to feel like I'm not washing her enough or something. Neither of us has had any antibiotics. Seems there must be some inbalance or something going on...
She is B/F and I give her coconut oil and probiotics eveyday.
Any ideas?
Thanks folks.

Would it be worth visiting a homeopath or naturopath? Which would be best?
Thanks again.

Washing too much can cause probs, too - removing the beneficial bacteria living on the skin.

Do you have animals? They can spread ringworm, as can any humans with ringworm that may have touched her belly? It's most frequently a direct contact thing.

I agree with maybe taking her to see a health practitioner who can help treat her systematically, rather than symptonatically

We cleared up my sons oral thrush really quickly with homeopathics and managed not to let it spread to my nipples or my other son (tandem feeder). I think the remedy we were on was merc sol, but see a homepath - I can't recommend them highly enough!! We also tried to eliminate (well, cut back) sugars and yeast)

Ring worm spores can also lay dorment in the soil and become reactivated after rain So it may have been a pet from ages ago, dirt on a shoe ect. I second the washing too much. Natropath would be a good idea sounds like her immune system could be a bit down.
