It may well be normal, but it sounds like you're really worried about how your body is handling this pregnancy in general. Perhaps you could have your midwife make time to talk with you about the underlying worries you have? No harm done by asking your midwife to seriously assess these pains you're having. Talk to her about the discharge too, lots of women have this during pregnancy but if it's offensive in smell or colour then it could be a sign of minor infection (easily fixed if you know it's there).
I also found yoga to be great during pregnancy for gently stretching out and relieving the little aches & pains that go with sudden changes in body shape and centre of gravity. As for the shakes, I used to get that from low blood sugar/low blood pressure. Eating small amounts more often, and drinking juice, helped keep it in check.
Get yourself some good pregnancy books from the local library - anything by Sheila Kitzinger, Ina May Gaskin, or Janet Balaskas is a good read. Finding out in detail how the body works during pregnancy can explain so many of the little things that gnaw away at your confidence.
Wishing you a relaxing and healthy pregnancy
