Itchy face

DD1 has started scratching her face around the creases of her nose and her chin. Says it's itchy and it's creating raw patches. She's never had any eczema before, and no sign of any allergies and no dietary changes that I can think of.

So any clues? She does pick up habits easily, so it could be something she did once and it's all in her head that it's itchy, and the more she scratches the more it seems to itch.

I'm going to put some eczema creams on in case but I was wondering if anybody knows if it could be a sign of some sort of deficiency? She has a multivitamin, 2 immune plus echinacea "gummy bears", omega 3 capsule nearly everyday.

It's starting to look a bit unsightly.
