corner of mouth sores & teething???

Teeth no. 5 & 6 are coming through and poor Lewis has been off colour/off personality for a couple of days. He is dribbling soooooooo much, like its pouring out literally - weird - we go through about 8 bibs a day and 8 shirts!!!

Anyway - I see he has these little sores at the corners of his mouth, not in the corners, just off from the corners - IYKWIM...? Could this be a teething thing, he also looks like he has a sore/ulcerish thing on the inside of his bottom lip. I have touched his little sores (kind of look like pimples??) and they dont seem to hurt him - as I was thinking herpes - EEK

Has anyone else experienced this with teething?????

Ruby gets a nasty rash on her chin and neck, but not pimple looking things. But she's not a dribbler. : Hope they clear up soon. :(
