I wasn't sure if this went here or in health but I went with here. I was reading about cloth pads and on the wemoon site I saw a post about the health benefits of cloth pads. This is the link: Wemoon Health Benefits Quote:

Yep I've been using cloth pads for about 3 years now. I found (when I had a period, don';t have them when I'm breastfeeding) that they weren't as painful or lasted as long. I also use the blood water I put them in on the roses and get the most beautiful blooms. I actually think my roses have been missing it. I just throw them in the wash with the cloth nappies, sun them and they are good as new. I love my cloth pads, so soft on my vagina.

It's been quite a few years since I began using cloth pads. I just love them. I admit I haven't replaced them as they have slowly been wearing out, so I'm glad I read this thread. It has motivated me again. I can't say I noticed a slower flow or less pain while using them though.
