Default Sweaty Feeder

Hello I'm a newbie

My 5 1/2 month old son often sweats when he feeds. This has happened since birth (when everything concerned me he he). Half of his body would go clammy (leg, tummy, arm) and his hair would get wet. Now it's usually his head but a couple of days ago half of his face went red almost purple. This concerned me but as soon as I sat him up it drained away. It was quite bizarre so I have shown DH a few times, half his brow, in between eyebrows and the cheeck. When i feed the other side it changes. Always the side facing up.
DH can sweat after a big meal. Not sure if it connected to tiredness.
Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

(I have also posted this on ABA, sorry if you are a member of both)

hmm, perhaps a doctor's visit? check his heart out. the sweating is common (breastfeeding is hard work), but the colour of his face concerns me

mmm, i wonder if he gets too focused on feeding and forgets to breath enough?, i agree no harm in gathering the opinion of a specialist, to help you understand whats happening and if you need be concerned, trust that instinct,
