I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and after talking with my natropath and rheumatologist i need to stay away from a lot of foods.
Things like; all wheat products, dairy, sugar, processed foods, peanuts, citrus fruits, cheeses and beef. I know what i need to do but i have a few questions about my kids. I have a three year old and a four month old. I want to get everyone in the house healthy and keep them away from these foods too. So we need to eat a lot of high protein lean meats, tons of veggies, nuts, fish, millet, and quinoa and legumes What do you feed your babies for their first foods? Do you make your own baby food? How do you give them whole milk substitutes for their second year of life? Do you have any meal ideas for my 3yr old? I would appreciate any suggestions Thanks, Kelly |
