Default Stories for mothers

I'm just wondering if anyone has any reading recommendations? I have just finished 'Buddhism for mothers' by Sarah Napthali and absolutely loved it. I really enjoyed the mothers stories and I am wanting something else very similar to read.
I think it makes me feel less alone in my frustration, exasperation, ecstacy and adoration for my son.
Thanks all

Have you read Sarah Buckley's Gentle Birth Gentle Mothering? I also enjoyed Fresh Milk though it's more for lactation inspiration than emotional inspiration - plus it's good for a laugh.

Oh yes, I remembered Loving Mama too. Baby Catcher was wonderful for its homebirth stories and I read another along similar lines that was a compilation of stories from Australian midwives but I can't for the life of me remember its title right now - it was a clever play on words, in case that jogs anyone's memory.

There's a whole series of Chicken Soup for the Soul books including 'mother's soul'

I had forgotten about Fresh Milk! Boy that was an eye opener. I thoroughly enjoyed it and still am quite surprised that the Gold Coast library had it in their catalogue.

There is also Intuitive Mothering by Lyn McPherson. Another good read.
