Creating a birth bundle
I was reading this article this morning and thought it was a great idea.
http://www.birthingfromwithin.com/birth_bundle It could also be something that is created as part of a blessing way. I think it is a great idea to help prepare for the spiritual journey of birth.

No matter what birth you're planning to have, something like this would be a great way to get in tune with your body and baby, and identify any blockages to having a good transition to motherhood. A great idea!

We just did this as part of Georgina Kelly's "Art of Mindful Birthing" course. It was a very special experience.
