I saw this here in Adelaide yesterday, and thought it was well worth seeing.
There are screenings across Australia going on at the moment so you can check out dates and locations here: http://www.thebusinessofbeingborn.com/screenings.htm It is specific to the US system, but our c-section rates are not too different to theirs, so still very relevant information, i think, It also looks at the importance of choice of caregiver, historical aspects of the medicalisation of birth (including some horrible images of women being tied down on their backs during labour during the early 1900s), as well as a smattering of very humourous moments (thank goodness, as I felt a lot of the info was rather grim).
